Recently, on my journey to finding the best skincare for my skin type i stumbled on a product that one could undoubtedly say offers skin “the ultimate glow.”
Yes! it is a mix of sunshine and pixie dust in all the right places (at least it is for me!).The moisture in this is fantastic and since i seek the dewy look (i have dry dehydrated skin) i feel i have won the jackpot.
Pros:
– Dewy all day
– Moisturizing (i get an extra kick adding a layer of my Augustinus Bader, The Rich Cream underneath (another miracle cream by anyone’s standards)
– Includes great ingredients such as peptides and hyaluronic acid
– Did anyone say SPF! yes baby it includes SPF 50 (the non irritating type, thank god!)
– Comes in an oil-free matte version
– Washes off well with a foaming cleanser
– Light reflecting for a flawless skin look
– It comes in so many shades
Cons:
– Can be thick at times need to really massage it in with your foundation brush
-Too many ingredients for my liking
– I prefer no fragrance in my skin care and beauty routines as they can be irritating but there seems to be a slight smell of citrus
The Verdict:
This is my go to from now on when i am in the need for a bit of a glow (“a bit”is an understatement!), i absolutely love this CC Cream and i use it as full cover foundation, let me know your thoughts…
