Return policy

Firstly, in order to return an item please go to the “Contact us” form located on the website Secondly, please select the “returns” option in the dropbox
Thirdly, please fill in the ” How can we help you?” box, stating the original order number, your name, and the reason for the return

Once the product is received and accepted by us (has to be in perfect condition) we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible (please see receiving a refund). An email will be sent to you with this information.

If purchased in Jeddah in order to process a return, the product must be sent back to our brick and mortar location, bear in mind that if you cannot make it to the physical store yourself, you can allow someone else to make the return for you. You have up to 5 days to make the return. Any products received after the 5 day period will not be accepted. We are open every day except for Friday. Please do not forget to bring or give the receipt of purchase to the person coming to the store.

As for other GCC countries, the return process should be made within 10 days from receiving the goods.

International orders have from 10-14 days to process and ship the products ro be returned.

All products must be returned in a new and unutilized state, in its original condition, with all protective materials in place and the Sabine and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This comprises all packaging, including accessories and authenticity cards or dust bags. We are entitled not to accept any return if the product shows signs of use or has been altered from its initial state.

Please note that final sale items and beauty products are non-refundable, Jilbab by Yasmin abayas are also non-refundable.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the Site are in SAR and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable

Track An Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or message on your phone including your air waybill number to track your package.

Orders

To place an order, you must add items to your shopping bag, enter your billing/shipping address, select your delivery option and choose your payment method to complete your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email involving the details of your order.

Receiving a Refund

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note we are only able to refund the original card(s) used to place the order.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide DHL Express shipping. Every customer will be quoted a shipping cost at checkout, and that will depend on the final delivery destination.

Delivery times can vary depending on the product and the destination, from 2-3 days for neighbouring countries and up to 10 to 14 days for countries with long distances.

Jilbab by Sabine Abayas – Shipping and Delivery

Through our partner DHL our finished abayas should take 5-6 days to arrive at any international destination. Ofcourse, we will need up to 5 days to sew and embroider the abaya before shipping it off to its final destination.

We do offer same day delivery in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Jilbab by Yasmin SIZING INFORMATION?

Throughout the website you will find that Jilbab by Sabine offers two options depending on the abaya of choice. The, what we call “Mishlah abaya” styles are offered in a one size fits all option, you can find the size information quoted alongside each abaya in inches. This standard one size/free size option offers you the choice of length which can vary from 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60 inches long.

As for some other styles you can choose between sizes small, medium and large. You can also find the variations of the sizes in inches quoted alongside each abaya. As well as the standard one size fits all option, this option also offers you the choice of length which can vary from 56,57,58,59 and 60 inches long.

All prices displayed on the Sabine website are inclusive of 15% VAT as required by Saudi Arabian law.
