Firstly, in order to return an item please go to the “Contact us” form located on the website Secondly, please select the “returns” option in the dropbox
Thirdly, please fill in the ” How can we help you?” box, stating the original order number, your name, and the reason for the return
Once the product is received and accepted by us (has to be in perfect condition) we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible (please see receiving a refund). An email will be sent to you with this information.
If purchased in Jeddah in order to process a return, the product must be sent back to our brick and mortar location, bear in mind that if you cannot make it to the physical store yourself, you can allow someone else to make the return for you. You have up to 5 days to make the return. Any products received after the 5 day period will not be accepted. We are open every day except for Friday. Please do not forget to bring or give the receipt of purchase to the person coming to the store.
As for other GCC countries, the return process should be made within 10 days from receiving the goods.
International orders have from 10-14 days to process and ship the products ro be returned.
All products must be returned in a new and unutilized state, in its original condition, with all protective materials in place and the Sabine and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This comprises all packaging, including accessories and authenticity cards or dust bags. We are entitled not to accept any return if the product shows signs of use or has been altered from its initial state.
Please note that final sale items and beauty products are non-refundable, Jilbab by Yasmin abayas are also non-refundable.
